Out-of-hours

Out of Hours Service from 6.30 pm to 8.00 am daily and weekends provided by NHS 111. Call 01359 230252 and you will given the option to have your call redirected. In the event that the call is not redirected automatically contact NHS 111 directly on telephone number 111. This will be charged at local call rate.

Disabled access

Ixworth Surgery has suitable access and toilet facilities for disabled patients. We have a large car park which is available free of charge and disabled spaces are clearly marked. Patient services are provided at ground floor level. Guide dogs are welcome. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients, we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.

Teaching Practice

The practice is a teaching practice and at times during the year Medical Students will be present. Reception staff will ask patients at the time of booking appointments if they are happy for a student to be present.
